How to Proceed with Booking
Based on what we discussed, I’ve put together the following proposal to go over the process, the session types I offer, and commonly asked questions.
To proceed with booking, review the info on the following pages, select your desired session type and add-ons, and submit a payment to secure your spot.

PHASE 1
Booking and scheduling your session
To book your session, select your desired session type on the next page of this proposal as well as any add-ons. Then, proceed to the payment portion to make a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due after your session. My sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes in length, and I typically recommend booking them 2 to 4 months in advance when possible.
Once you submit your deposit, I’ll be in touch via email to schedule the date of your session and choose a great location(s), either in your home or within a 30 mile radius. Don’t worry if you can’t think of a suitable spot, I’m always happy to make expert recommendations based on my experience!

Upon booking, I’ll send you my outfit guide with helpful pointers as you plan your family’s look. I’m always available to answer any questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to send pictures of clothing items or aesthetics you’re considering.
I want these photos to represent and express your personalities, so feel free to bring props like blankets, baskets, toys, journals, and even family pets!

PHASE 3
Session day is here!
Get ready for an enjoyable time! We'll meet at our first location at the agreed-upon time, so please try to arrive promptly. This will help us capture as many great photos as possible. In the unlikely event of inclement weather that prevents us from shooting, we can easily reschedule your session. I’ll guide you through a series of engaging poses, actions, and even games! Together, we’ll create lasting memories to share with your loved ones.
PHASE 4
Image delivery and Print Selection
You will receive your online gallery of edited images within 1 to 2 weeks of your session. You’ll have lifetime access to your photos as well as full print release rights, so you can print them and use them as you please. If you purchase prints through me, we'll coordinate to choose the best selection and I’ll handle the proofing, ordering, and delivery process!

When will I get my photos?

What if I want the raw images
- You can purchase all images from that day for a fee of $2500
When is the best time to take pictures
- the best time for photos on Eleuthera will be around golden hour or blue hour nearing sunset where the tempura will be cooler

Thank you for selecting your desired service(s) and any add-ons you’d like to include. Once you submit your corresponding payment, your session is officially booked. Then keep an eye on your inbox for an email from me within 48 hrs to schedule your session. I will also provide information on location selection and styling. Online galleries will expire in 30 days after delivery if client wishes to revisit and redownload photos on private gallery there will be a $20 fee.
