How to Proceed with Booking

Based on what we discussed, I’ve put together the following proposal to go over the process, the session types I offer, and commonly asked questions. 

 

To proceed with booking, review the info on the following pages, select your desired session type and add-ons, and submit a payment to secure your spot.

PHASE 1

Booking and scheduling your session

To book your session, select your desired session type on the next page of this proposal as well as any add-ons. Then, proceed to the payment portion to make a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due after your session. My sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes in length, and I typically recommend booking them 2 to 4 months in advance when possible. 

 

Once you submit your deposit, I’ll be in touch via email to schedule the date of your session and choose a great location(s), either in your home or within a 2 mile radius. Don’t worry if  you can’t think of a suitable spot, I’m always happy to make expert recommendations based on my experience!

Preparing for your session

I want these photos to represent and express your personalities, so feel free to bring props like blankets, baskets, toys, journals, and even family pets!

PHASE 3

Session day is here!

Get ready to have some fun! We’ll meet at your first location at the agreed upon time. Please try to be prompt so we can pack in as many great photos as possible. In the rare case of inclement weather that prevents us from shooting, we can reschedule your session. I will guide you through a series of engaging poses, actions, and games (yes, games!) during the session, so you don’t need to worry too much about corralling your little ones—I know they won’t sit still for long!

Image delivery and Print Selection

After your session, you will receive a digital gallery of images. A quick reminder:

Downloading Your Images:

  Please download your images within 30 days. After this period, accessing your gallery may incur additional fees.

  We recommend setting a reminder to ensure you don’t miss out!

Rescheduling Due to Weather

Our Rescheduling Policy

Weather can be unpredictable. If conditions aren’t favorable for your session:

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

We are committed to working with you to find a suitable alternative time.

FAMILY SESSIONS

Let's Capture the Love You Share

Family sessions are a great way to capture the love you all share, particularly your goofy inside jokes, iconic eye rolls, and precious toddler smiles! I offer a variety of session types and durations to accommodate your family’s needs, but one thing’s for certain: These sessions are fun, low-stress times to make memories with your loved ones—no need to ‘smile perfectly’ or pose a certain way! The result? A gallery of candid and traditional photos you can use for holiday cards, graduation announcements, or proudly display on your mantel.

Then keep an eye on your inbox for an email from me within 48 hrs to schedule your session. I will also provide information on location selection and styling. Online galleries will expire in 30 days after delivery if client wishes to revisit and redownload photos on private gallery there will be a $20 fee.
